+ Info
Five houses form this residential development on a tree lined, peaceful road, just outside Chichester city centre.
In accordance with Tree Retention and Protection, and Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction, the existing mature tree line of Horse Chestnut trees to the site frontage has been retained. Similarly, to the rear of the site, native tree species of spruce and birch have been retained and protected within the existing schedule.
A native boundary hedge lines the immediate frontage of the development, complimented by timber post and rail fencing and timber access gates adding visual interest and seclusion to the residences.
Within the individual property grounds the landscaping scheme comprises of turf and feature shrub planting with pre-cast concrete footpath and patio areas. Each residence is lined with a ‘no-dig’ permeable paving within the root protection area of the existing Horse Chestnut trees.
