The G-Block building development at Chichester College includes the provision of a new education resource at the Westgate Fields Campus.

The reduction in space for 'traditional' vehicular parking affords extended provision for cycle storage, encouraging the use of sustainable transport. The existing landscape surrounding the development has been enhanced with nativer and ornamental landscape schemes.

The River Lavant forms a corridor, and is seeded with a wildflower grassland mix of local provenance to suit the seasonal variation in river marginal wetland habitat. The wildflower verges provide foraging opportunities for invetebrates.

Pedestrian access of blockwork paving runs adjacent to the vehicular parking areas, and the southern edge of the building.
